Are you for the 28th?

Quite simply, the government of the United States is broken.  And Power is the culprit. Trillions in debt, furious division, crumbling society and institutions, ever greater concentrations of wealth and privilege, and damn little progress in the Land of Opportunity for Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.  Power and politics is an affliction that poisons everything.  As things are, this government cannot fix itself.  That leaves the responsibility to us.  The proposed amendment is to address fundamental errors over the past that have led us to this day.  We ask for your serious and considered attention.
